Administrator Administrators

Administrators are the owners of the site. They make sure the site stays online, as well as design and make major decisions for the site.
Moderator Moderators

Moderators have access to the site's content management controls. Moderators can issue warnings, remove posts, edit posts, and all that good stuff. Their job is to keep the site "clean" and organized.
Expert Experts

One step above an author is an expert. Experts may not be able to write or be super-creative like some authors, but they are experts in certain fields such as programming or IT support. Experts do not need to wait for their submissions to be approved.
Author Authors

Authors are members who have shown their true colors in writing tutorials. Often those who have around 5 or more approved and high-placing articles are made authors.
Contributor Contributors

A contributor is any member who has submitted at least one article or contribution to the site.
Subscriber Subscribers

Professional Professionals

Professionals are experts that are not only very knowledgeable in a field at TCC, but their also available to help maintain certain parts of that field. Such as the forums. Thus they are given moderator access (board leader) to certain areas of the site.
Publisher Publishers

Publishers, often experts or professionals, are members who are given access to the main moderation center, where they can approve or reject submissions from other users. Publishers are just one step below moderators, in that they do not have board moderation access.
