Welcome to TCC Version 4.0!

The next version of TCC is finally here! Version 4 has been in development for over 7 months now and is ready for production! However, we're sure we might have missed a few bugs here and there, so please reply to this topic if you find one so we can get to it!Included in version 4 are many security-related updates and fixes, three design themes to choose from, completely re-written blogs and snippets systems (as well as points, contributions, solved & answered, and many other system re-writes), extremely optimized coding (the next version of TCC loads almost three times faster than it does now!), and much more! We've listened to your suggestions and tried our best to work every last thing in to make TCC work for you. Also, TCC Version 4.0 is powered by the next version of SimpleMachinesForum (SMF) - version 2.0!

The new themes included in Version 4.0 are: the new "Eagle" Theme - which is geared toward streamlined web 2.0 appearance, The "lite" theme - made to load faster by styling the site via the CSS file instead of loading images, and last, but not least, the Optimized version 3.0 (old) theme - for those of you who liked that one better. These themes can be selected via a simple drop-down box in the quickbar.

Major changes to the current layout include the absence of the information box (the collapsible box with the shoutbox), a javascript & cookie powered drop-down shoutbox, a new drop-down user CP, re-designed drop-down forum menus (much improved from what is currently employed), a re-designed homepage, new postboxes, a WYSIWYG editor for posting, the list goes on and on!


We hope you enjoy the new version of TCC, and again, please report any bugs in this topic. Most importantly, however, we want to hear your feedback, so please post!
